Digital Style House is a fast-growing creative and social media marketing agency seeking an AI-first Short-Form Video Editor. The role focuses on leveraging Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and automation to scale video production while preserving creative quality.

You will develop AI-assisted workflows, generate B-roll/captions, and deliver high-volume content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, starting as a contract role with potential to become full-time.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience with Claude Code and/or Claude Cowork, particularly building AI-powered creative workflows.
• Strong understanding of AI video generation, editing, and automation technologies.
• Proven experience editing short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, FFmpeg, Runway, Kling, or similar platforms.
• Ability to build automated workflows using scripts, APIs, AI agents, or no-code automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, viral hooks, pacing, storytelling, and retention-focused editing.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and consistently deliver high volumes of content.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative judgment.

• Maintain strong creative standards while working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.

About the Role

Digital Style House is a fast-growing creative and social media marketing agency looking for a highly skilled, AI-first Short-Form Video Editor who knows how to lever Claude Code, Claude Cowork, AI video editing tools, and automation to produce high-quality social media content at scale.

We're not looking for a traditional video editor who manually spends hours editing a single Reel.

We're looking for someone who understands how to use AI, intelligent workflows, and automation to dramatically increase video production speed without compromising creative quality.

The ideal candidate can build efficient AI-assisted editing workflows and consistently produce a high volume of engaging, polished short-form videos every single day.

This position will begin as a contract role with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high volumes of short-form videos daily for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid social advertising.
