Job summary

Digital Style House is a fast-growing creative and social media marketing agency seeking an AI-first Short-Form Video Editor. The role focuses on leveraging Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and automation to scale video production while preserving creative quality.

You will develop AI-assisted workflows, generate B-roll/captions, and deliver high-volume content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, starting as a contract role with potential to become full-time.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience with Claude Code and/or Claude Cowork, particularly building AI-powered creative workflows.
• Strong understanding of AI video generation, editing, and automation technologies.
• Proven experience editing short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, FFmpeg, Runway, Kling, or similar platforms.
• Ability to build automated workflows using scripts, APIs, AI agents, or no-code automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, viral hooks, pacing, storytelling, and retention-focused editing.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and consistently deliver high volumes of content.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative judgment.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high volumes of short-form videos daily for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid social advertising.
• Leverage Claude Code and Claude Cowork to build, manage, and optimize AI-assisted video editing workflows.
• Develop automated editing systems to streamline repetitive tasks, accelerate production, and increase daily video output.
• Use AI tools to generate B-roll, captions, motion graphics, transitions, visual effects, and engaging video elements.
• Transform raw footage, UGC, podcasts, and product content into compelling social media videos.
• Create multiple video variations from existing footage for organic social media and paid advertising.
• Implement efficient systems for batch editing, content repurposing, and automated video production.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI video tools, technologies, and automation opportunities.
• Maintain strong creative standards while working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
