Job summary

RemX | The Workforce Experts is seeking a Creative Social Media Content Creator to elevate our presence on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You will craft entertaining, brand-safe, shareable videos and scripts that resonate with a broad audience.

You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of strategists, producers, and video specialists to drive campaigns, launch products, and shape the brand's short-form voice across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 2-3+ years of social media experience.
• Proven success growing engagement and audiences.
• Strong portfolio showcasing short-form video content and creative storytelling.
• Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar platforms.
• Experience with paid social campaigns and influencer collaborations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create entertaining and engaging short-form video content for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Conceptualize, script, film, edit, and publish social-first content.
• Develop creative ideas that align with brand goals while connecting with audiences through authentic, relatable storytelling.
• Collaborate with social strategists, creative producers, creator leads, and video specialists on content initiatives.
• Identify and leverage emerging social trends, memes, and platform opportunities in real time.
• Contribute to large-scale content campaigns featuring creators, influencers, and branded characters.
• Support marketing initiatives, product launches, internal campaigns, podcasts, and other business priorities through social content.
• Help evolve and refine the brand's short-form video strategy.
