Job summary

Minnetonka Public Schools seeks a dedicated volleyball coach to lead and develop players at the middle/high school level. You will attend practices, coach weekend tournaments, and collaborate with fellow coaches to create safe, organized sessions.

You will inspire sportsmanship, communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff, and uphold district guidelines. A successful candidate has volleyball experience, can teach fundamental skills, and maintains confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Complete concussion training as required by law.
• Prior experience in volleyball is required.
• Evidence of successful coaching experience; ability to teach fundamental skills.
• Positive, enthusiastic, respectful attitude
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to work with students, parents, and staff.
• Commitment to program's high standards
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
