Job summary

Minnetonka Public School Service Center is seeking a Volleyball Assistant Coach for the 2026 season. You will plan, accompany and supervise the team at practices and competitions, ensuring sportsmanship and adherence to school policies.

You will also assist with hiring and development of assistant coaches, coordinate with the Pagel Center staff on conditioning, and help manage budget requests and fundraising as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and ability to apply Minnesota State High School League rules.
• Strong communication with students, parents and staff.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
• Commitment to student participation in co-curricular activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, accompany and supervise the team at practices and competitions.
• Administer coaching duties and support for the athletic program.
• Assist Director of Activities with hiring, development and evaluation of assistant coaches.
• Coordinate budgeting, spending and fundraising as needed.
