Qualifications

• Professional image and reliable punctuality are essential.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience.
• Ability to handle high-volume, stressful situations with composure.
• Friendly, outgoing personality and willingness to work with diverse guests.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and walk moderate distances.

Responsibilities

• Assist with boarding and communicate final counts to staff.
• Coordinate with drivers to support passenger boarding.
• Relay tour details and manage last-minute changes professionally.
• Complete departure paperwork accurately after each tour.
• Distribute promotional materials to shore staff to maximize sales.
• Support cruise ship requests for allotments and assist in office tasks.
