Job summary

Stockdale Capital Partners LLC seeks a Marketing Director to lead complex marketing efforts for assigned properties, coordinating with Corporate Marketing and Asset Management. You will drive traffic, tenant relations, events, and digital campaigns to maximize asset performance and NOI.

You will oversee annual marketing plans, vendor relationships, and on-site promotions, ensuring brand consistency and measurable results across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of related marketing experience, preferably in real estate or retail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets, analytics, and vendor relationships.
• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing plans that drive traffic and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual marketing plans to drive traffic, sales, and NOI.
• Coordinate with Corporate Marketing, Property and Asset Management teams.
• Manage local media relations, events, sponsorships, and promotions.
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, website, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with tenants to drive storefront marketing and engagement.
• Budget creation, tracking, and reporting; monitor KPIs and performance.
