Job summary

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield in Paramus, NJ seeks a Center Marketing Manager to drive on-site and digital marketing, increasing traffic and tenant engagement.

You will work with the Center GM, Regional Marketing Director, and retailers to execute campaigns, manage budgets, and analyze performance to optimize results.

Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in shopping centre/retail marketing are required; a passion for real estate and customer experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in shopping centre, retail, real estate, property management, hospitality, or related marketing roles.
• Demonstrated interest or knowledge in real estate, retail development, leasing, or property operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day marketing and operational objectives aligned with KPIs, brand standards, and business goals.
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (social, paid media, email, SEO/SEM).
• Create, manage, and track the Center's annual marketing budget with CAM guidelines.
• Build strong retailer relationships and solicit participation in marketing programs and events.
• Partner with Leasing, Facilities, Security, and Risk Management to support Center initiatives and operations.
