Job summary

Travelpro Limited in Boca Raton is seeking an Ecommerce Operations Partner to manage Shopify Plus across geographies, ensuring site performance and timely project delivery.

You will collaborate with DTC leads and cross-functional teams to optimize the storefront, monitor orders, address fraud alerts, and support seamless customer journeys across markets.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years operating an eCommerce website, ideally DTC
• Proficiency in Shopify Plus store management
• HTML, CSS, and web design experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• JavaScript and Liquid experience a plus
• Knowledge of SEM, SEO, and ERP systems a plus

Responsibilities

• Site Operations & Platform Management: Support multiple Shopify Plus instances across geographies and teams.
• Order Management & Issue Resolution: Monitor orders daily and address fraud alerts, chargebacks, and delays.
• Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with DTC Leads and Sr. Manager to optimize site performance.
