Job summary

Parts ASAP in Lake Mills, IA is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for full-time opportunities. You will join a fast-paced team, safely operate a forklift, and help get parts to customers on time.

The role includes picking, packing, loading, and inventory control, with a schedule Monday through Friday, starting pay of $19 per hour, and overtime opportunities based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is required.
• Forklift certification or the ability to become certified.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and shipping software.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, transport, and organize inventory.
• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders with speed and accuracy.
• Receiving incoming shipments and verifying products against packing slips.
• Loading and unloading trucks while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Organizing inventory and ensuring products are stored in their proper locations.
• Building pallets and crates for safe shipment.
• Performing inventory cycle counts and helping maintain inventory accuracy.
• Preparing shipping labels and coordinating outbound shipments.
• Working with carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and freight companies.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse.
• Working closely with teammates to meet daily shipping goals and exceed customer expectations.

What You'll Earn

What You'll Do

Physical Requirements
