Job summary

Page Trucking is seeking a Shop Utility to join our team in New York. This full-time, entry-level role supports shop operations with maintenance tasks, parts runs, tire removal assistance, and basic repairs on power units and equipment. You’ll help keep the shop clean and safe, and assist drivers as needed.

The position requires reliability, basic computer skills, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. Compensation is hourly, with a range of $17.00–$22.00 based on experience.

• Must pass an MVR report.

Responsibilities

• Maintain shop cleanliness and general upkeep.
• Run for parts and assist with driver transportation.
• Assist with tire removal and installation.
• Operate torches for cutting/removal tasks as needed.
• Perform basic mechanical repairs (hoses, brakes, bolts).
• Perform preventative maintenance on power units.
• Assist with tractor detailing and equipment cleaning.
