Keith Titus Corporation is seeking a Shop Supervisor for its Morgantown, KY maintenance facility. You will oversee daily shop operations, coordinate repairs, manage technicians, and ensure safety and DOT compliance.

Responsibilities include scheduling with Dispatch, assigning work, monitoring downtime, and ensuring accurate repair orders and inventory control. This role requires leadership experience and a valid CDL.

Qualifications

• 5+ proven management experience with 15+ staff.
• 5+ years of Leadership experience.
• 3-5 years heavy duty shop experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in trucking industry.
• Valid CDL driver’s license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Join our Page Trucking team today!Shift: Mon-Fri / 6AM - 3:30PMHourly Rate: $30-$40Location: Morgantown, KYJob purposeThe Shop Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Kentucky maintenance facility. This position ensures that repairs, preventive maintenance, and shop activities are completed safely, efficiently, accurately, and cost-effectively.
