Job summary

Creative Technology seeks a Shop Technician Specialist-Video to pull and stage equipment from the warehouse for outbound shows. The role involves prepping, packing, labeling, and generating shipping manifests, with close coordination with operations for substitutions or shortages.

You must be forklift certified, able to lift 50 lb+, and able to work nights or weekends as required in a 70,000+ sq ft warehouse. This is a full-time position with a strong emphasis on accuracy and safety.

• Receive sub-rented items into order to fulfill requirements.
• Create shipping manifests or carnets prior to shipping.
• Run a department within the warehouse.
• Move equipment to docking stations for outbound delivery.
• Load/unload trucks.
• Restock delivered equipment across locations in the warehouse.
• Maintain inventory records and report damaged equipment.
• Record maintenance, QC, and items entering repair.

Salary Range: $24.00-$26.00/Hr

Job Responsibilities

Pulling and staging equipment from warehouse for outbound shows. The position is responsible for prepping outbound shows in our warehouses.

Job Duties

• Preparing/returning show equipment
• Package and label items appropriately for transportation or based on show requirements
• Work with operations to ensure proper substitutions or shortages
• Receive sub-rented items into order to ensure fulfillment
• Create Shipping manifest or carnet prior to shipping
• Ability to run a department within the warehouse
• Assist pushing the equipment to various docking stations for outbound delivery
• Loading/unloading trucks
• Assist restocking delivered equipment in various locations throughout the warehouse
• Solid knowledge of R2
• Document service in inventory system and report all damaged equipment to operations
• Keep detailed records of maintenance, QC, and items entered into repair
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations
  

Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work

Fulltime, ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Availability to work overtime.

Required Education And Experience
