Job summary

Creative Technology Group is seeking a warehouse associate in La Vergne, TN to pull and stage equipment for outbound shows. You will prepare and label items, coordinate substitutions with operations, and ensure timely fulfillment across a large warehouse.

Responsibilities include receiving sub-rented items, creating shipping paperwork, loading deliveries, restocking, and maintaining inventory records. The role requires physical stamina, forklift certification, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• R2 basic knowledge.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Warehouse or shop environment experience a plus.
• Attention to detail, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently.
• Team-oriented and able to work in a 70,000+ sq ft warehouse.
• Must be able to stand/walk for most of the shift.
• Physical tasks include lifting, bending, climbing stairs, and reaching.
• Forklift certification required (sit-down/stand-up).
• Computer literacy / Microsoft Office a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate substitutions with operations for shortages.
• Receive sub-rented items and ensure fulfillment.
• Create shipping manifests or carnets prior to shipping.
• Move equipment to docking stations for outbound delivery.
• Load/unload trucks and restock delivered equipment.
• Maintain detailed records in inventory system; report damage.
• Keep records of maintenance, QC, and items in repair.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

The purpose of this position is to pull and stage equipment from warehouse for outbound shows.

• Preparing/returning show equipment.
• Package and label items appropriately for transportation or based on show requirements.
• Work with operations to ensure proper substitutions on shortages.
• Receive sub-rented items into order to ensure fulfillment.
• Create Shipping manifest or carnet prior to shipping.
• Responsible for pushing the equipment to various docking stations for outbound delivery.
• Loading/unloading trucks.
• Assist restocking delivered equipment in various locations throughout the warehouse.
• Document service in inventory system and report all damaged equipment to operations.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance, QC, and items entered into repair.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Position Type/ Expected Hours of Work:

Fulltime, ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Availability to work overtime.

Position Requirements:

• R2 basic knowledge.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.

• Physical activities include using hand tools, bending, stooping, lifting, climbing stairs, carrying, walking and/or reaching on a frequent basis.
• Certified to drive sit down and standup forklift.
• Computer literacy / experience with Microsoft office a plus.
