Martin Equipment in Dubuque, IA is seeking a skilled technician to join our service team. You will perform preventative maintenance and diagnostics on heavy equipment, ensuring reliability and safety across our John Deere construction equipment lineup.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, diesel experience.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Technical training or factory certifications (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Servicing and repairing hydraulic, AC, and DC electrical systems.
• Ensuring equipment is ready for use and meets all safety standards.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
• Collaborating with the Service Manager and Shop Foreman.
• Providing excellent service and support to our customers.
