Opifex-Synergy is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy construction equipment at various sites. The role requires own tools, valid license, and flexibility for shifts and travel to job sites. You will generate service reports and collaborate with a technical team to meet customer expectations.

Eligible candidates should be able to work in outdoor environments, follow safety protocols per MSHA/OSHA, and assist training for other technicians as needed.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of diesel engines and construction equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Must have own tools.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
• Military service will be considered in lieu of education/certification experience as applicable.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment to ensure proper working condition.
• Performs routine equipment clean-up, safety review, and pre-delivery inspections.
• Inspects, diagnoses, repairs, and reconditions heavy equipment and completes paperwork.
• Provide timely and detailed service reports.
• Communicate with coworkers to exceed customer expectations.
• Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks.
• Operate vehicles safely and follow field procedures.
