Pacific Office Automation is the largest independently‑owned document imaging and technology dealer in the nation, with over 40 years of experience and relationships with leading manufacturers. We are looking for a Shop Technician in Medford, OR.

Position

Shop Technician – Medford, OR

Responsibilities

• Preparing and maintaining the demo fleet for use by sales representatives
• Inventory control
• Communicating with customers on issues
• Managing and scheduling demo equipment and new equipment for setup at customer locations
• Writing up trade‑ins, lease returns, equipment swaps, and rental returns
• Back‑up Facilities Manager positions at our copy center locations
• Coordinating copier and fax deliveries and communications between salespeople and shop technicians on demo deliveries or equipment orders
• Willingness to work overtime on an occasional basis

Qualifications

• 2+ years supporting office equipment
• Basic computer and computer network knowledge
• Strong work ethic and track record of personal and professional growth
• Training and experience with Sharp, Konica Minolta, or other copier, printer, or fax products
• A+ certification
• Enjoys teamwork and communicates well with diverse groups of people
• Aim to advance into leadership roles
