Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience servicing and repairing agricultural or heavy equipment.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Welding and structural repair experience highly preferred.
• Strong computer skills for documentation, job tracking, and service reporting.
• Well-organized with the ability to work independently and manage workload with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with OEM repair procedures and shop safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Preferred to have own tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on CASE agriculture equipment and related machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, transmission, and engine-related issues.
• Complete structural repairs and welding as needed.
• Conduct inspections and identify equipment issues accurately and efficiently.
• Complete service documentation and repair reports using basic computer systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Safely operate hand, pneumatic, and electric tools and equipment.
• Follow OEM repair procedures and dealership safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and management to support overall shop operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership objectives.

Salary Range: $18 to $25 depending on experience

Job Summary

Sonsray Agriculture is seeking a motivated and skilled Shop Technician to join our Las Cruces team. This role is responsible for performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on CASE agriculture equipment and related machinery in a shop environment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting abilities, and experience working on agricultural or heavy equipment systems.

We are looking for a dependable technician who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced dealership environment.

What You’ll Do
