Sonsray Inc is hiring a Heavy Equipment Shop Technician in Yuma, AZ. The role focuses on servicing and repairing CASE agricultural machinery in shop and field settings, including diagnostics, welding, and preventive maintenance.

You will diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, document services, and operate a range of tools safely. This full-time position requires a proactive, independent worker with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical experience in agriculture equipment or related machinery.
• Ability to diagnose and repair engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and electrical systems.
• Willingness to work in shop and field environments, with safe operation of tools.

Job Title: Heavy Equipment Shop Technician

Location: Yuma, AZ

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $25.80 to $40.13 hourly- DOE

Position Summary

Technicians will perform service maintenance for CASE agriculture machinery and/or related equipment. Providing quality repairs on agriculutre Equipment in the shop and/or field environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform service maintenance and quality repairs on CASE agriculture machinery and related equipment in shop and/or field environments.


• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.


• Perform structural repairs, including welding, in accordance with OEM guidelines.


• Conduct preventative maintenance and ensure equipment is returned to optimal working condition.


• Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and resolve mechanical issues.


• Follow established Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) procedures and safety protocols.


• Maintain accurate records of services performed.


• Operate hand, pneumatic, and electric tools safely and effectively.


• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support departmental objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ mechanical experience in agriculture equipment is highly preferred


• Proven experience diagnosing and repairing construction equipment.


• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.


• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.


• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.


• Willingness to perform duties both in shop and field environments as needed.
