Job summary

Sonsray Inc is seeking a Shop Technician in Bakersfield, CA for full-time work repairing CASE agriculture machinery and related equipment in a shop environment. You will diagnose engines, transmissions, hydraulics, electrical systems, and structural components, including welding, with emphasis on safety and quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience with heavy equipment.
• Hands-on experience servicing and repairing agricultural or heavy equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Welding and structural repair experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with OEM service procedures and shop safety standards.
• Proficient with basic computer skills for job tracking and documentation.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Job Title: Shop Technician

Location: Bakersfield, CA

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $28 to $48 an hour depending on experience

Position Summary

Technicians will perform service maintenance for CASE agriculture machinery and/or related equipment. Providing quality repairs on agriculture equipment in the shop environment.

Responsibilities
