This Shop Technician position is responsible for setting up Sharp Business Equipment in house in a timely and professional manner. This technically-focused position often serves as internal customer service to delivery drivers and field technicians seeking remote technical support at installs. This position also can occasionally serve as external customer service when performing on-site troubleshooting and installations. The range of duties can include scheduling and communication on internal setup schedule; completion and filing of official documentation; and cleanliness and upkeep of the setup shop and warehouse environments.

The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
