Victor Sierra Aviation in Anchorage, AK is seeking a Shop Technician to support the assembly and fabrication of aviation products in a hands-on shop environment. The role focuses on reliability, attention to detail, and learning new tools and processes while contributing to quality and production goals.
You'll work with a team of aviation professionals, perform production tasks to spec, maintain clean and safe work areas, and participate in material prep, inventory, and documentation.

The Shop Technician supports the manufacturing and assembly of high-quality aviation products and components in a hands-on shop environment. We are looking for someone who is reliable, hands-on, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. You do not need to know everything about aviation to succeed in this role. If you enjoy building and working with your hands, and care about the quality of what you produce, we encourage you to apply.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in producing quality work. Previous manufacturing, fabrication, mechanical, automotive, aviation, or similar shop experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
