Job summary

Victor Sierra Aviation seeks an Operational Excellence Leader to drive a 24-month transformation across two operating companies. You will lead kaizen events, apply Lean/Six Sigma tools, and partner with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to improve safety, throughput and cost.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing/ops, a technical degree, and strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Relocation and 25–50% travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and ability to learn manufacturing and performance reporting tools.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing, engineering, or operations, aerospace preferred.
• Demonstrated problem solving with measurable improvements in ops.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate OPEX initiatives, kaizen events, and continuous improvement projects across sites.
• Drive improvements in safety, yield, productivity, and delivery.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools (3P, VSM, 5S, A3, SMED, Kanban, RCA, Visual Management).
• Collaborate with Ops, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance.
