Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, mechanical, automotive, aviation, construction, or similar hands-on work preferred.
• Ability to learn new tools, equipment, and processes.
• Ability to accurately follow verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to safely operate common hand and power tools.
• Willingness to learn and take on a variety of shop responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, fabrication, finishing, and other production tasks per procedures.
• Safely use hand and power tools.
• Measure, fit, drill, trim, sand, fasten, and assemble components.
• Read and follow work instructions and drawings.
• Inspect work for quality and fit.
• Identify quality concerns or production problems.
• Maintain production documentation.
• Assist with material prep, inventory, packaging, shipping as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, safe work area.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team to meet goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
