Job summary

Velocity Vehicle Group in Whittier, CA is looking for a Shop Support to join our Service Department. The Shop Helper ensures cleanliness and organization of the tool room and supports technicians with daily tasks, material handling, and workflow support.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, strong communication, and the motivation to learn. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with room to grow toward technician tracks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple demands. Prioritize, and stay organized. Able to work well in a process driven fast environment.
• Must have valid Class B Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the tool room.
• Assist the Service Department in daily shop operations.
• Support technicians with logistics and materials.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.
• Report to the Service Manager.
