Position: Shop Supervisor

Requirements:

• At least 3 years' experience operating and repairing tractor (class 8) and trailer (air brakes)
• Management or supervision experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with TMT/Transman is a plus
• Valid driver's license; CDL A preferred

Primary Job Duties:

• Manage daily shop activities
• Assign work schedules and workloads effectively
• Oversee inventory management
• Troubleshoot repairs and optimize repair costs
• Develop safe and efficient solutions for operations growth
• Train, coach, and supervise shop mechanics and parts support
• Participate in hiring and disciplinary processes
• Ensure safety compliance
