Description

• Work with Dealer to schedule repairs.
• Facilitate and schedule in-house repairs and PMs.
• Responsible for day-to-day shop operations.
• Answer breakdown calls daily and resolve breakdown issues.
• Issue PO#’s and process TCH payments for Road Call Breakdown, Tows, and Hotels.
• Use reasoning skills independently to determine proper course of action regarding maintenance issues.
• Record when preventive maintenance and other tasks have been performed.
• Create purchase orders and maintain internal data using maintenance software.
• Secure service for road repairs.
• Respond to after-hours service calls as required.
• Coordinate trucks to shops for repairs as needed.

Other duties as necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills are required.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Training or experience in computer applications is preferred.
