Job Title: Heavy Equipment Shop Technician

We have a full-time, 1st shift Heavy Equipment - Shop Technician position available at our Ft Worth, Texas location. The hours are Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM. This role involves providing high-quality repair services on heavy equipment in a shop environment, responding to customer needs positively, and ensuring maximum value for the work performed.

Job Responsibilities

Provide repair services on heavy equipment, troubleshoot and perform complex repairs including pumps, hydraulics, engines, transmissions, HVAC, and electrical issues. Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field or shop service experience troubleshooting and repairing heavy equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, backhoes, front-end loaders, and excavators.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform complex repairs correctly in the shop environment.
• GED or High School Diploma preferred; Diesel Tech Schooling highly preferred.
• Must have steady employment history.
• Valid driver's license required; ability to obtain a forklift license.
• Physical ability to frequently reach, bend, walk, and lift approximately 50 lbs multiple times a day.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong attendance record.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently with limited supervision.
• Own tools required.
