Premier Trade Services is seeking skilled Shop Pipe Welders to build and assemble piping systems for major commercial and industrial projects. The role involves welding, fabrication, fit-up, and reading fabrication drawings and welding specifications.

You will work with GTAW, SMAW, GMAW, FCAW processes, align and assemble components, use grinders and cutting equipment, and ensure weld quality and safety standards in a busy shop environment.

Qualifikationen

• Industrial pipe fabrication or welding experience.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and welding documentation.
• Familiarity with carbon steel, stainless steel, or alloy piping.

Aufgaben

• Weld and fabricate pipe spools and piping assemblies according to drawings, specifications, and WPS requirements.
• Perform pipe welding using qualified processes such as GTAW, SMAW, GMAW, and FCAW.
• Fit, tack, align, and assemble piping components including pipe, flanges, elbows, tees, reducers, valves, and other fittings.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, spool sheets, isometrics, weld maps, and weld symbols.
• Use grinders, saws, cutting equipment, welding machines, positioners, and standard shop tools.
• Verify material, joint preparation, dimensions, alignment, and weld quality.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following RK’s quality and safety standards.
