Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy and Industrial Gases is seeking a highly experienced Production Operations Supervisor in Escondido, CA to oversee all shop floor activities, coordinate with Engineering, QA, and Logistics, and ensure compliance with codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering; master's preferred.
• 10 years in industrial/manufacturing management; welding shop experience preferred.
• ASME piping and pressure vessel knowledge; understanding of P&ID and fabrication drawings.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates all production operations and staff with Eng, QA, and Logistics.
• Plans fabrication schedules and ensures material availability for projects.
• Manages QA requirements, NDT inspections, and capital expenditure proposals.
• Ensures a safe work environment and reporting.
