Job summary

Pacific Coast Construction and Waterproofing Inc is seeking a Shop Manager to oversee warehouse operations, manage tools and equipment, and support field teams across our Southern California projects.

You will maintain tool inventories, coordinate sign-out procedures, conduct basic repairs, and ensure trailers and shop assets stay safe and well-kept while liaising with project staff to keep jobs running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, construction, tool management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to perform basic tool repairs and maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to safely operate company vehicles and trailers.

Responsibilities

• Manage tool warehouse operations and sign-out procedures.
• Maintain organized warehouse and monitor inventory levels.
• Coordinate tool deliveries and field support to job sites.
• Inspect and maintain trailers and shop equipment; report issues.
• Assist with jobsite cleanup and material handling as needed.
• Uphold safety standards and asset accountability across locations.
