Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Shop Operations Lead in Providence, RI to oversee daily fabrication activities, production workflow, quality control, and installation coordination. This role requires experience managing fabrication shop personnel or installation crews, with deep knowledge of granite, quartz, and natural stone fabrication, plus understanding of CNC equipment and templating.

• Ensure high-quality workmanship and process control.
• Coordinate installation activities with the field team.

Job Details
