Job summary

Cutting Edge Countertops is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Countertop Installer to join our team. You will professionally install granite, quartz, and solid surface countertops in residential and commercial settings, ensuring quality workmanship and clear communication with customers.

We offer a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with competitive pay (up to $30/hour for experienced installers, starting at $19/hour with a 90-day raise to $20/hour) and a robust benefits package including

This position involves professionally installing granite, quartz, and solid surface countertops in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates professionally with customers, and works well in a team environment.

• Do you have installation experience? Earn up to $30/hour, based on your skills and background.
• New to the trade? Start at $19/hour, with a raise to $20/hour after completing our 90-day training program

• Ability to safely lift, move, and position heavy granite and quartz countertops using proper lifting techniques, equipment, and team assistance.

• Professional communication skills to build positive customer relationships and represent Cutting Edge Countertops well.
• A team-focused approach and the ability to complete work accurately and meet installation deadlines.
• A continuous improvement mindset, with a willingness to share ideas, improve installation processes, and help the business grow.
• Construction or installation experience is helpful, but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check, DOT physical, and pre-employment drug screening.

Candidates with a background in trim carpentry, finish carpentry, cabinetry, or other detail-oriented trades are strongly encouraged to apply. Precision measuring, problem-solving, and high-end finish work translate well to countertop installation and may result in increased starting pay.
