Metropolitan Cabinets & Countertops is seeking a skilled Lead Installer to manage stone countertop installations in the Norwood area. You will lead a team on residential and commercial sites, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while interpreting drawings and specifications.

You will mentor crew members, maintain tools and equipment, and communicate professionally with clients to uphold our high standards of craftsmanship and customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous stone countertop installation experience required.
• Leadership or crew lead experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work.
