Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Service Shop Supervisor to direct, plan, coordinate, and participate in customer service activities across shop and maintenance operations. You will implement policies, work with PSSR’s and Sales Reps to resolve customer requests, and prepare schedules to maximize satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 4–7 years of related experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and a flexible mindset for shift, weekend, and on‑call duties.

Qualifications

• Four to seven years related experience and/or training or equivalent education.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret correspondence with other employees and customers.
• Availability to work first shift, with flexibility for weekends, holidays and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Implement operating policies such as hours, duties and scope of operation.
• Collaborate with PSSR’s and Sales Reps to provide solutions to customer requests.
• Prepare work schedules and assign maintenance/repair duties to staff.
• Open and close work orders, handle service calls, and perform on-call duties.
• Uphold safety policies throughout the shop and field.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Foster productive relationships across divisions.
