Panelmatic Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support to the manufacturing shop, supervisors, leads, and operations leadership. This role ensures accurate records, timely communication, and efficient day-to-day administrative activities.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; manufacturing setting preferred.
• 2+ years administrative or coordinating experience in manufacturing.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office suite and Teams.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily admin support to shop supervisors, leads, and managers.
• Maintain production records, trackers, and reports.
• Update production status and employee assignments.
• Support meetings, audits, and shop communications.
• Assist with onboarding and training coordination.
• Maintain employee rosters and organizational information.
• Coordinate documentation for completed work and shipments.
