Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a management or supervisory role.
• 1 year of professional sales experience with a proven ability to close with integrity.
• Strong Windows/Email skills with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily.

Responsibilities

• Lead the staff to meet sales objectives while upholding high standards and policies.
• Proactively prevent service issues and strengthen client loyalty.
• Maintain high-velocity, efficient workflow with shop management software.
• Support the shop's flow by taking on tasks as needed (No Job Too Small).
