Walker Automotive in Elkton, KY is seeking an Automotive Client Advisor (Skilled Service Advisor) to be the face of our WOW experience. You will translate complex technical data into trusted advice with radical honesty while building lifelong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Exceptional people skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

• Trusted Advisor: Communicate the results of our comprehensive digital inspections, helping customers understand their vehicle's needs through prioritized, transparent estimates.
• Excellence Coordinator: Order high-quality parts and ensure every vehicle is returned to the customer clean and up to our 'WOW' quality standards.
