Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a Shop Manager in San Tan Valley, AZ. This leadership position focuses on guiding a team, recruiting, training, and maintaining shop standards with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

PAID TRAINING is provided, and successful managers can earn $55k+ per year with base salary and bonus opportunities. Growth paths to Assistant Manager or Manager-in-Training are available for motivated individuals.

Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required; opportunities for Assistant Manager or Manager-in-Training.
• PAID TRAINING provided on the Take 5 process.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, & training new crew members
• Creating crew schedules & submit payroll
• Controlling inventory: End of Period (EOP) and End of Year (EOY) inventory
• Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and utilize budget wisely
• Providing excellent customer service
