Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a Shop Manager in Texas. This role leads a fast-paced team, recruits and trains crew, and ensures top-tier customer service. Paid training and opportunities for advancement help you grow from Assistant Manager to Manager-in-Training as you gain ownership over daily shop operations.

Experience is valued but not required; base salaries plus bonus enable earning up to $55k+ per year. Full-time, on-site role with potential for rapid progression within Take 5 shops.

• Willing to work up to 55 hours per week on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, & training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules & submitting payroll.
• Controlling inventory: ordering supplies and restocking as necessary.
• Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and budget awareness.
• Providing excellent customer service and leading the team.
