Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules and submitting payroll.
• Controlling inventory including End of Period and End of Year counts.
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as needed.
• Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and budget use.
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations.
• Providing excellent customer service and supporting crew with oil change tasks.
