Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a growing team and uphold the Take 5 standards for oil changes and light maintenance. You will recruit, train, and manage crew performance while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Experience is valued but not required; paid training is provided, with fast-track opportunities to advance to higher roles as you contribute to shop success.

Qualifications

• Experience is valued but not required.
• PAID TRAINING provided on the Take 5 way to manage a shop location.
• Move up fast — in less than 60 days you can take on greater responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, & training new crew members
• Creating crew schedules & submit payroll
• Controlling inventory: End of Period (EOP) and End of Year (EOY) inventory
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as necessary
• Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and budget use
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations
• Providing excellent customer service and supporting crew with oil changes and other auto services
