You will direct daily shop activities, oversee a foreman-led team, manage quotes and prioritization, and build strong customer relationships while aligning with senior leadership on strategic direction.

This is a succession-planning role with mentorship from a long-tenured leader and the potential to assume full ownership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Background in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, repair operations, maintenance management, or related environments.
• Strong people leadership and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced operation.
• Customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a large industrial repair facility.
• Oversee shop personnel through an existing Shop Foreman.
• Manage quoting, estimating, and job prioritization.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate workflow to meet customer deadlines and operational goals.
• Support profitability and operational performance initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance while maintaining a leadership-focused approach.
• Work closely with senior leadership on strategic direction and growth.
