Take 5 Oil Change, part of Driven Brands, Inc., is hiring a Shop Manager to lead daily shop operations and coach a crew to deliver fast, friendly oil changes. No prior experience is required, with PAID TRAINING provided to learn the Take 5 standards and safety practices.

Earn up to $55k+ per year with base salary and bonus opportunities; full-time benefits include paid time off, health/vision/dental, and a 401(k) match. Quick advancement and mentorship help you move up in less than 60 days.

Qualifications

• Experience valued but not required.
• PAID TRAINING provided to learn the Take 5 way.
• Leadership and team coaching skills are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, & training new crew members
• Creating crew schedules & submit payroll
• Controlling inventory: End of Period and End of Year
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory
• Understanding the shop’s financials to drive results and budget
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations
• Supporting crew members with duties such as changing oil and other services
• Drain motor oil and change oil filters as necessary
• Providing excellent customer service
