Job Summary

Position Objective: Maintain and support shops, campuses, and warehouses according to See's brand standards for quality, aesthetics, and safety.

The pay range is expected to be $27 - $30 per hour, with actual pay varying based on factors such as location, experience, and skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and enhancements including electrical, flooring, plumbing, carpentry, laminate, painting, and general maintenance.
• Conduct shop inspections, document findings, and note repair or cosmetic needs.
• Provide emergency assistance as needed, including after-hours repairs and weekend work.
• Organize and maintain company vehicles and inventories.
• Assemble and deconstruct seasonal shops and refurbish fixtures.
• Complete projects and other duties promptly, utilizing company software for purchases.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in facilities maintenance or related fields.
• Hands-on skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and general repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean DMV record.
• Ability to travel out of town for projects (2-6 days).
