Job summary

Workforce Services Inc in Sacramento is seeking a reliable Shop Maintenance Helper to join our team. You will maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, assist with inventory, and support data entry and parts handling to keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have experience in maintenance or janitorial work, can lift heavy objects, and work well both independently and with a team. Good communication and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a maintenance or janitorial role preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and organize the shop on a daily basis
• Willing to Help out the mechanics around the shop with minor jobs, extra hand is a plus
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Assist Parts/Inventory/ Data entry
• Drive to other shops to help parts room/Inventory
