Call Your Mother is seeking a Shop Leader in Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse area to oversee daily shop operations, coach teammates, and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will lead shifts, ensure service standards, and partner with the management team to maintain a vibrant, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years leadership experience in a shift leader, key holder, or similar role.
• Out-going, hospitality-focused with guest-first approach.
• Willingness to obtain ServSafe Manager Food Safety Certification.
• Morning person with weekend availability and flexible evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shop operations from opening through closing.
• Provide clear leadership during shifts to maintain service standards.
• Coach and develop team members with in-the-moment feedback.
• Maintain recipes, checklists, and food safety standards.
• Handle cash and complete required financial reporting.
• Build a positive, inclusive shop culture with fellow leaders.
• Lead by example on Front of House or Kitchen Supervisor tasks.
