Superior Bulk Inc. is seeking a hands-on Shop Lead Mechanic to oversee the maintenance team and ensure equipment stays on the road.

This is a leadership role that requires strong diesel mechanic experience and the ability to manage daily shop operations. You will supervise mechanics, prioritize and track repair orders, perform diagnostics and preventive maintenance, and coordinate with dispatch to keep equipment running smoothly.

Formación

• Proven diesel mechanic experience, lead or supervisory experience a plus.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team.
• Comfortable using computers for recordkeeping and diagnostics.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
• CDL preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate the work of shop mechanics and technicians
• Prioritize, assign, and track Repair Orders, Work Orders, and Inspections
• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance as needed
• Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards
• Maintain inventory, schedule services, and manage shop workflows
• Train and mentor team members to improve performance and efficiency
• Communicate with dispatch and operations to keep equipment running smoothly
