• Maintain a safe work environment and promote safety practices.
• Train employees in fabrication tooling and equipment operation.
• Update Fabrication/Production Manager on production and scheduling issues.
• Maintain schedules with priorities and special needs addressed.
• Collaborate with quality control to ensure high-quality products.
• Operate and maintain stations to assemble, align, and adjust parts per specs.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble units and test components.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned, serviced, and stored after shifts.
• Demonstrate safe working practices and follow life-saving rules.
