• Basic welding experience with good mechanical aptitude.
• Experience operating workshop or manufacturing machinery.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate workflow and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Operate welding stations, ironworkers, saws, and threading machinery.
• Perform basic tack welding and assist with production of custom fastener orders.
• Lead the day-to-day workflow within the shop, prioritising production schedules and ensuring customer orders are completed efficiently.
